LETTER FROM PRESIDENT CLINTON

Following the meeting in Sarajevo, where among other things President Clinton thanked President Kucan for his hospitable reception in Slovenia, President Kucan today received a letter from the US president. In it President Clinton once again expressed his satisfaction with his visit to Ljubljana and in particular thanked President Kucan for his efforts during the period of the Kosovo crisis and his critical support in the establishing of peace and conditions for development in the region.
